№ 01 / Overview

Servant-leadership, certified.

In this highly interactive CSM certification course, you'll acquire the skills and behaviours necessary to become a successful Certified ScrumMaster. The training introduces you to how the fundamentals of Agile are applied to Scrum — so you can help your team work together efficiently and increase customer satisfaction through the continuous delivery of high-value software.

Classes are online, self-paced, and on-demand. Take them at your leisure — start tonight, study on the train, finish on a Saturday morning. No cohort wait, no fixed Tuesday evening. The Scrum Guide is included, the CSM exam is included, and you get an after-course instructor coaching benefit when you're ready to start applying what you learned.

Who this is for: Project managers moving toward Agile delivery, developers and testers stepping into ScrumMaster duties, business analysts on Agile teams, product owners who want to understand the role next door, and team leads tasked with running ceremonies that actually work.

№ 03 / Curriculum

Self-paced. Eight modules.

Each module is short, interactive, and ends with a knowledge check. Move at your pace — finish in a weekend or stretch over a month.

Why Agile. The Agile Manifesto and the twelve principles. Empirical process control — transparency, inspection, adaptation. How Scrum operationalises Agile values without becoming dogma.
Roles, events, artefacts and rules as defined in The Scrum Guide. Sprints, sprint planning, daily Scrum, sprint review, retrospective. Product backlog, sprint backlog, increment. Definition of Done.
The accountabilities of a ScrumMaster to the team, to the Product Owner, and to the organization. Servant-leadership in practice — the daily behaviours that make the role real instead of ceremonial.
Effective facilitation for each Scrum meeting. How to run sprint planning that doesn't drag, daily standups that surface real issues, reviews that get honest feedback, and retros that change behaviour.
Product backlog management, refinement, prioritisation. User stories, acceptance criteria, INVEST. The relationship that makes or breaks Scrum delivery.
Identifying team impediments, organizational impediments, technical debt. Practical techniques for surfacing and removing them — and when not to. The difference between coaching a team out of a problem and solving it for them.
Scaling Scrum across multiple teams. Change-agent techniques to foster organization-wide Scrum buy-in. Working with management and stakeholders without losing the framework.
CSM exam blueprint walkthrough, mock questions with rationale, time-management strategies. After-course coaching benefit details, plus career coaching options for those moving into a first ScrumMaster role.

№ 06 / Questions

The questions we hear most.

You enroll today, get instant portal access, and start the first module within an hour. Each module is broken into 10–20 minute video lessons with knowledge checks. There's no cohort to wait for and no schedule to keep. Most students finish in 2–4 weeks of casual study; some power through in a weekend.
Yes — the exam fee is bundled into tuition. You don't pay separately to sit. We provide the exam voucher when you finish the final module.
No. Scrum is a framework for any complex work — software is just the most common application. We have graduates from marketing, healthcare ops, and product management. The course assumes zero technical background.
Once you certify, you can book time with our instructors for real-world questions — team problems, stakeholder pushback, scaling questions. It's a working coach you can call, not a chatbot.
Optional add-on for students moving into a first ScrumMaster role. Includes resume positioning, LinkedIn rewrite, mock interviews against real job descriptions, and salary negotiation prep. Ask about availability while supplies last.
Lifetime. Course content, updates, and re-watches — yours. Useful when The Scrum Guide updates (it does, periodically) and we refresh the materials accordingly.
Yes — we partner with Mia-Share / Meritize for tuition financing. See Financial Aid or call 832-757-9988 for advice.
