№ 01 / Overview

A foundation, not an afterthought.

The Certified Associate in Project Management is the credential that signals to employers you understand how projects actually run — scope, schedule, cost, risk, communications. It's the entry point that opens doors the rest of your career will walk through.

We've built our CAPM programme for people who don't want to fake their way through. Formal training is paired with a one-on-one mentor — a working PMP from our consulting practice — who closes the gap between what's in the PMBOK and what actually happens on Monday morning.

Who this is for: Career-changers, recent graduates, business analysts moving into delivery roles, technical leads who run projects without the title, and mid-career professionals who want a credential that travels across industries.

№ 03 / Curriculum

Six weeks. Nine modules.

Curriculum aligned to PMI's CAPM Exam Content Outline. Each module concludes with a scenario-based assessment and a mentor session.

Exam blueprint walk-through, study cadence, PMI application workflow, and the cognitive frameworks the test rewards. We start here so you understand exactly what you're working toward.
Requirements gathering, scope statement, WBS development, scope verification and control. Hands-on: build a complete scope baseline for the capstone project.
Activity definition, sequencing, duration estimating, schedule development and control. Critical path method, network diagrams, and float — taught with numerical worked examples.
Cost estimating techniques, budget aggregation, earned value management. EVM is heavily tested — we drill it until the formulas are second nature.
Quality planning, assurance and control. Statistical sampling, the seven basic quality tools, and the difference between QA and QC in real engagements.
Human resource planning, team development, conflict management, and the leadership theories the exam asks about (Tuckman, Maslow, McGregor, Herzberg, Vroom).
Stakeholder identification, communication planning, performance reporting. The single most under-rated knowledge area in real practice — we treat it accordingly.
Risk identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis, response planning, monitoring and control. Expected monetary value, decision trees and Monte Carlo concepts — all on the exam.
Contract types, make-or-buy analysis, source selection, contract administration. Includes a full mock exam with proctored scoring and detailed gap analysis.

№ 06 / Questions

The questions we hear most.

No. CAPM is built for people without prior PM experience. PMI requires either a secondary degree (high school diploma, GED) plus 23 hours of project management education, or a bachelor's degree plus the same 23 hours. Our programme delivers all 23 hours and walks you through PMI's application.
You get a one-on-one mentor — a practicing PMP, not a moderator. You build artefacts from a real client engagement, not slides. And you walk out with a capstone you can show in interviews. None of that exists in a YouTube playlist.
Sit in on the next cohort free of charge. We'd rather you pass than walk away. Most students pass on the first attempt; those who don't usually missed a single knowledge area and recover quickly with focused review.
No — PMI charges the exam fee directly ($225 for PMI members, $300 for non-members at time of writing). We'll walk you through PMI membership which usually saves you money overall.
Two evening sessions per week (Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30–9:00pm CT), plus a weekly Saturday workshop. Designed for working professionals. All sessions recorded for lifetime access.
