By accessing macjasonacademy.com ("the Site") or enrolling in any Mac Jason Academy ("MJA", "we", "us") programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or our services.

Use of the Site

You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes — researching our programmes, contacting us, or applying for enrollment. You may not:

• Use automated tools to scrape or copy content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Submit false information, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity

Course content & enrollment

Course curricula, materials, and instructor assignments may change as we improve our programmes. We'll notify enrolled students of any material changes affecting their cohort.

Enrollment is subject to acceptance by MJA. We may decline applications at our discretion. Tuition, payment terms, refund policies, and money-back guarantees are specified at the time of enrollment in your enrollment agreement, which governs over these general terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, course materials, the Mac Jason and Mac Jason Academy names — is the property of Mac Jason Academy LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal study use during your enrollment.

Third-party trademarks (PMP®, PMI®, CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, Azure, EC-Council, CEH, CHFI, CISSP, (ISC)², Scrum Alliance, Tableau, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. References on this Site are nominative and don't imply endorsement or affiliation beyond what's explicitly stated.

Third-party services

We link to third-party services including Meritize (financial aid), Lumion (payment plans), Mac Jason Consult (parent company), and various social platforms. We are not responsible for those services' content, policies, or practices. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
